Absorption Chiller Packages
In conjunction with the co-generation turbines that generate electricity, IDD has packaged an absorption chiller system to use the excess thermal energy from the turbine to produce hot water and/or cooling for space conditioning or refrigeration to optimize energy efficiency in your process and packaging plant.
Absorption chillers are cooling machines that use heat as the primary source of energy for driving a refrigeration cycle. The heat needed to operate these chillers can be delivered directly or indirectly by natural gas. The indirect sources of heat these chillers use include hot water and low- and high-pressure steam. Absorption chillers are environmentally friendly in that they use water as a naturally benign refrigerant.
Scotch Marine & Vertical
Steam Boilers
2 to 150 HP - Low Nox
A complete range of vertical tubular boilers in the 2 to 30 HP range where space is an issue. The vertical tube boilers will operate on LPG and natural gas.
The horizontal Scotch 2-pass tubular boilers in the 5 to 150 HP range will operate on LPG, natural gas or No.2 oil (Diesel fuel). Manufactured to meet and exceed ASME requirements and operate under the inspection authorized by the National Board of Boilers and Pressure Vessel Inspectors, these boilers will suit your beverage plant heating needs.
