The IDD-MEN Rinser/Filler/Screw Capper block is especially developed for bottling of carbonated soft drinks, mineral or soda-water and water in PET bottles ranging from 0.25 to 2.5 liter and non-returnable glass bottles up to 0.5 liter. The IDD-MEN is designed to operate as a combined "Rinsing, filling and capping system on a common uniblock frame with the "PurePass" aseptic processing system. The speed is controlled by a frequency converter and a potentiometer. The height of the filler bowl and turret can be adjusted automatically to allow bottles of different heights to be processed. Dummy-bottles are used for CIP (Cleaning-In-Place) and can accommodate hot caustic, hot water (up to 95°C) and Oxine sanitizing solutions.

The IDD-MIM Rinsing, Filling and Capping system is a low vacuum system especially developed for the bottling of non-carbonated soft drinks, minerals and water in PET bottles ranging from 0.33 to 2.0 liter. The IDD-MIM is designed to operate as a combined "Rinser/Filler/Screw Capper" on a common uniblock frame with the "PurePass" aseptic processing system. The speed is controlled by a frequency converter and a potentiometer. The height of the filler bowl and turret can be adjusted automatically to allow bottles of different heights to be processed.
