The FLOPAK pouch system is a development of L3 Container Corporation and the process and packaging systemthat augment the filling system for water and juice products is a joint venture between L3 Container Corporation and IDD Beverages, Inc.

The pouch material is a specially formulated laminated barrier PET based film that has a 3 layer sealant web for high strength after packaging.

1 The FLOPAK Pouch Filler and automatic handling system.
2 The "PurePass" Flash Pasteurization, CIP & SIP system.
3 The "Oxine" activation, distribution and dosing systems.
