IDD Process & Packaging, Inc. was founded in 1990, by Jeff and Sue Gunn, who brought together senior staff members from such international brewing industry suppliers and breweries as; APV Burnett & Rolfe, Ltd., Truman, Stroh and Grand Metropolitan Brewing Groups.

IDD operates a U.K. office and factory, with agents in Europe, China, Philippines and customers in more than 20 countries around the world. Our staff work in the 15,000 sq. ft. factory in Moorpark, California and Gillingham, England, where sales, design and manufacture take place.

BIOGRAPHY - JEFFREY W. GUNN
Jeff Gunn served a 5 year student apprenticeship in Manufacturing and Marine Engineering in England and graduated in 1962 as a mechanical engineer with The City and Guild Institute Diploma and O.N.C. in Mechanical Engineering.
In 1963, he joined Burnett & Rolfe Ltd. as a development engineer and progressed with the company through 1978 to become installations manager for the dairy, brewing and packaging systems manufactured by the company. During that time, he obtained his certificates and diplomas in supervisory and management studies from NEBSS and IWM.
Jeff moved to the U.S.A. in 1979 to start and operate APV Burnett & Rolfe, Inc. and subsequently APV Rosista, Inc. as Executive Vice President and C.O.O. until 1990. In 1990 he and his wife Susan, started IDD Process & Packaging, Inc. as a Brewery and Beverage design and manufacturing company in Southern California.

BIOGRAPHY - SUSAN I. GUNN
Sue Gunn was educated in England and obtained certificates in business administration. She has worked for 17 years in manufacturing industry administration and assisted in the setting up and successful operation of APV Rosista, Inc. for 11 years.
In 1990 she helped setup IDD, where she currently controls the company administration and financial departments.
BIOGRAPHY - JONATHAN R. GUNN
Jonathan Gunn served a 4 year engineering apprenticeship in brewery engineering with APV Rosista, Inc. He has 14 years of experience in packaging and process plant electrical and software design. He earned an associates degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering during his apprenticeship.
After finishing his apprenticeship and obtaining his electrical engineering degree, he spent 3 years flying and finishing studies for his helicopter flying instructors license before joining the family business at IDD. He is presently in charge of manufacturing, electrical and software engineering design for all current IDD products and still enjoys flying (part-time) for Los Angeles radio stations.
BIOGRAPHY - GRAHAM L. LEE
Graham Lee served a 5 year engineering apprenticeship at ICL (R&D Laboratories) Ltd. in England and attained an H.N.C. in mechanical engineering.
After his apprenticeship and college studies, Graham worked for 25 years at APV Burnett & Rolfe, Ltd. and APV Rosista in many engineering capacities, including Senior Projects and Design Manager for many large brewery packaging systems. At the time of leaving he was Business Development Manager, responsible for all company design and development, including, keg washing and filling systems, high speed turners, de-palletizer and palletizer systems.
Graham joined his old colleagues at IDD in 1994 where he controls all mechanical design.

BIOGRAPHY - DAVID C. STOLLERY
Dave Stollery served a 5 year engineering apprenticeship at APV Burnett & Rolfe Ltd. in England and attained a City & Guilds diploma in mechanical engineering.
After his apprenticeship and college studies he worked for 5 years at APV Burnett & Rolfe in many engineering fabrication capacities and installations supervisor. David went on to start his own fabrication and process engineering company which included all facets of stainless steel fabrication and process systems for the brewing and beverage industries in the U.K.
David and his staff joined his old colleagues at IDD in 1997 where he operates IDD Process & Packaging, (Europe) and holds the position of Managing Director, U.K. Office.
BIOGRAPHY - DR. PAUL FARNSWORTH
Dr. Paul was born in the English brewing town of Burton-on-Trent and received his early training in a 200 year old traditional ale brewery. Since then his career has combined being a practical brewer and an academician.
He earned a Bachelor's Degree and a Ph.D from the University of London and for the last 20 years has held an academic appointment at a major U.S.A. University doing research and teaching classes in Brewing, Fermentation Science and Biotechnology. He has trained 30 graduate students and is the author of a text book, 30 research papers and numerous other articles in both the popular press and trade journals and is a regular lecturer at national and international conferences.
In addition to his academic work, Paul has continued to be involved in practical brewing. He brews or supervises the brewing of many hundreds of batches of beer a year and has been a consultant to over 100 breweries, both large and small, in 10 countries doing brewery layouts, equipment selection, formula development, brewery operations, planning and quality assurance program development.
Currently, in addition to being a consultant of Brewing Operations for IDD, he is a Director of Scientific Services, a brewing science laboratory that provides troubleshooting and quality control services to breweries worldwide.

BIOGRAPHY - WILLIAM T. ANDERSON
Bill Anderson graduated college in inorganic and organic chemistry and went on to serve an apprenticeship as master brewer for 4 years. He was also a graduate of the U.S. Brewers Academy in 1956 and an MBAA scholarship recipient in 1959.
Bill went on to serve as a Master Brewer at 4 major brewing companies in the U.S.A. before retiring in 1990 and joining IDD and the Executive Service Corp as a consultant in brewing and brewery design.
Member of the Master Brewers Association of the Americas.
Member of the International Executive Service Corps.
