The pouch material is a specially formulated laminated barrier PET based film that has a 3 layer sealant web for high strength after packaging.

The total process & packaging equipment required for the pouch water and juice products is made up of three equipment elements as follows:

  1. The FLOPAK Pouch Filler and automatic handling system.
  2. The "PurePass" Flash Pasteurization, CIP & SIP system.
  3. The "Oxine" activation, distribution and dosing systems.
