THE MINI KING "PLUS 2 & PLUS 3"

The Mini King "Plus 2" and "Plus 3" series keg washing, sterilizing and filling machines are ideal for small keg volume packaging or pilot plant which requires true aseptic filling when kegging a sterile filtered or flash pasteurized product.

The automatic washing, sterilizing and filling heads, in combination with the process sequences used, are guaranteed to provide an aseptic fill equally as good as any fully automatic systems including our "Super King" and "Emperor" series machines. The "Low Loss" filling head (shown in detail) significantly cuts down the overfill losses common in small systems.

Below are two common layouts with a simple chute discharge and the more sophisticated 180 degree "offset" turner which uprights the the full keg and lowers it to pallet height.

THE MINI KING "SPECIAL" (MKS)

The Mini King "Special" (MKS) series machines cater for the standard Sankey style kegs and variances that do not have the standard Sankey keg, neck and valve dimensions. The MKS series systems have overhead clamps and the identical sequence options as the Mini King "Plus 2" (MKP2) series machines.
