Tunnel pasteurization systems have been the standard for North American manufacturers. However, as mall system has not been practical for the craft industries due to cost and space required. We have thought outside the box and come up with a system to keep the footprint small, the energy consumption lowered, and the efficiency maintained. We’re calling it the Rotary Pasteurizer (RP1) with series multiples for the future.
